Okay so as of late Columbia can be pretty hit or miss. Last year omni heat was only in some of their nicer stuff. This jacket is a joke. This is not even close to high quality. The omni heat concept is nice but the fleece is obviously some Chinese super value garbage... well sorry that is insulting to Chinese labor needless to say it is garbage with a oddly sparse omni heat laminate layer inside. So if omni heat keeps you 20% warmer image 20 percent warmer than a thin cotton shirt. Don't waste your money you would probably be happier buying a $10 hoodie at Wally world and writing Columbia on it with a crayon. Sorry to be so harsh but Columbia has crossed the line on this one and should be genuinely embarrassed at this point. Ill be sticking with mountain hardware or if I must north face from now on.
