This is a super lightweight shirt, and very comfortable. I live in the hot and humid south. I was impressed with the quality, weight and comfort of the shirt. It does dry extremely fast, as mentioned by another review. I couldn't detect any noticeable drop in temperature when the shirt was wet with perspiration, as is advertised. I did order a second one right away due to the overall comfort, and moisture wicking ability. I ordered both shirts a size larger than I normally wear, expecting the fit might be a bit snug. The larger size fit perfectly! I would have given it 5 stars just for the positive qualities stated. In all fairness, it is in the mid 90's now with the humidity averaging 70%. The fabric could be dropping a few degrees, and it wouldn't be noticeable with the high heat index.

Columbia Solar Polar is really good made. I ended up with 3 of those. The quality of the fabric is very good, it's rather thin and flexible, so very good for summer. It looks great, feels great. I was sweating like hell, the T-shirt was like soaked wet, 5 minutes later it's dry as martini and no smell. These are the pros.
Cons: It's better to loose a couple of pounds before buying, the t-shirt will not flatter you, it shows your body exactly as it is.

IT SAYS "YOU FEEL COOLER"
I FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
BECAUSE BACK TOP STICK TO MY SKIN ALL THE TIME.
WHEN I GET SWEAT, IT'S LIKE I HAVE SHEET OF PLASTIC ON MY SKIN.
I WISH I CAN RETURN THIS ITEM.
