Another reviewer said the sleeves were too tight, I agree. I even bought one size up thinking it might have looser sleeves, but no dice. I returned the jacket and bought the Titan Windshear from Cabela's, which fits much looser in the sleeves and allows layering. The Columbia was good quality and if you have pencil arms and won't layer, you might like it.

This is an excellent coat. Bass Pro Shop had this for $150. Waaaaaaaay more than Amazon. If you have temps below 40 degrees then this will work. Offers protection against the bitterly cold wind and retains body heat. I wear mine with a vest and its perfect.

My husband loved this coat. He needed a coat that was warm but not bulky for bike riding. This coat fit the bill!!
