I hate being cold & my Omni-Heat gear from Columbia really helps keep me warm. I work outside & when I get 2 moving it keeps my body heat warm & comfortable, I would recommend it if you work outside :-)

i purchased this item and have wore it a couple times it is a efective baselayer but it needs something wore over it to block the wind i tried wearing it under a tee shirt and my arms like to freeze but when wore under a light coat that problem was solved. it is better served for somone who is moving it seems friction plays a big role in how warm it keeps you. i am a avid hunter and sit still in one place for extended periods of time on the walk in it kept me comfortable "not to hot and not to cold" but after sitting for a few minutes it starts slowly loosing its effectiveness. it is very comfortable its not itchy and the seams dont rub like some of the cheaper baselayers do. my biggest complaint is price i expected it to be warmer for the price it cost.
